It's that time where everything - and I mean, every single thing - is coated with pollen. Since we do not have any air-conditioning at home - air-condition, by the way is quite un-German - our windows are left open to let in fresh air as well as these little flighty pollen. That coat of yellow signals that winter is definitely over with and spring is in full swing. We have been experiencing absolutely gorgeous weather for the past few weeks. No need to leave home this year to enjoy the sunshine as far as I am concerned.
Let me leave you with some of my beads that I made over the past week. I shall see you in about two weeks' time. I leave on Friday for Phoenix, Arizona, to teach lampwork and am looking very forward to meeting very friendly ladies at the classes!

Oh goodness! You are in full swing, Miss Dora! Those first beads made me think of the song about the itsy-bitsy, teeny-weeny, yellow polkadot bikini! And that color profile on that cranberry and light blue set is to die for, especially the one with the cherry blossoms it looks like. And those little geishas! I so would love to get one to sit on the shelf and keep me company! I love them all! Have a great time in Arizona! Enjoy the day!

Thank you, all! Yes, I will definitely have a good time teaching in Phoenix.
Such beauties!! I would love to take a workshop from you.
Oh the pollen...after a very cold spring, we're inundated with oak pollen here in the hills. So no open windows for us for a couple of weeks.
